Built and scaled consumer marketing systems serving millions of daily visitors globally. Re-architected content delivery from a monolith into a serverless, multi-tenant AWS platform and built CMS capabilities for non-technical teams publishing across dozens of markets.

Led a SCRUM team across shopping, booking, ticketing, and trips. Architected a distributed JAMstack solution for web modernization, shipped the first modernized module end-to-end, and led Identity-as-a-Service vendor evaluation and architecture requirements.

Led 5 engineers and a Scrum Master on a SaaS outage-mapping product used by 15+ major North American utilities and viewed millions of times per day during storms. Maintained a 99.9% uptime SLA with a sub-15-minute disaster-recovery target and delivered 4× faster file throughput.

Principal architect rebuilding a legacy product into multi-tenant SaaS processing 300K+ batch files monthly. Designed a scalable distributed pipeline for outage and meter data and hosted two company-wide hackathons.

Built extensible Java and Spring web application libraries for a client-customizable SaaS platform, including data archival tooling, API security, and API testing.

Developed GM’s Shop-Click-Drive online retailing tool, led feature groups, rebuilt a complex incentives engine, and mentored two junior developers.
